Beachbuddydeals.com: Stephen Summerall’s Fraud

The following complaint was filed with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) on September 11, 2024 regarding Beachbuddydeals.com:

We want to warn you about a serious investment scam involving a man named Stephen (Steve) Summerall, operating under the guise of Five Holdings Company LLC. Stephen presented himself as a business owner seeking investors, and we, unfortunately, became his sole backers. We invested over $140,000 into a business supposedly based in Panama City Beach, Florida, expecting to see advertising campaigns in magazines, on vehicles, and social media. However, after taking possession of all business assets, Stephen relocated to Tampa, Florida, and cut off all communication, leaving us in the dark with no address or explanation. Sadly, this is not his first scam, and we urge others to avoid business dealings with him.

This is a serious financial loss, and we are writing to raise awareness about this scam so no one else falls victim to Stephen’s fraudulent activities. Proceed with extreme caution if you encounter “Steve Summerall” or any variations of his business.

Domain Analysis

When examining beachbuddydeals.com, several red flags emerge, indicating potential fraudulent activity. The domain authority score is extremely low, at just 2, suggesting minimal credibility or influence in online search results. Additionally, there is no organic search traffic or paid traffic associated with the site, meaning the domain either has not been established for long or has failed to attract any substantial online presence. The absence of meaningful organic traffic further indicates that the site may not function actively as a legitimate business.

Beachbuddydeals.com currently has only 14 backlinks from 11 referring domains, but these links originate from low-quality sources, many of which appear suspicious. Websites such as bitcoinmix.biz and xploredomains.com, known for providing quick and low-quality backlinks, further diminish the domain’s legitimacy. The presence of 12 “nofollow” links and just 2 “follow” links highlights that most of these connections offer no actual endorsement of the website’s content.

Proceed with caution if you encounter this domain.

Beachbuddydeals.com Reviews

A closer investigation into beachbuddydeals.com, now offline, uncovers alarming reports from individuals who interacted with the site. According to a complaint filed on the BBB Scam Tracker, Stephen (Steve) Summerall used this website in connection with his fraudulent activities through Five Holdings Company LLC. Victims, like one who invested over $140,000, were promised advertising campaigns and social media promotions. He provided no new address and took possession of all business assets, leaving investors stranded.

The fraudulent nature of beachbuddydeals.com becomes even more apparent through these repeated actions, where investors are misled into committing large sums of money without seeing any return. The phone number listed here is part of the fraudulent operation, and we strongly advise staying away from any businesses or contact details associated with this individual.
