We have been fooled a lot by trusting Monifinex

We therefore decided to write this scam review in order to warn our followers.

Let’s begin with this Moni-Finex.com Scam Review:
What is MoniFinex (moni-finex.com)?
MoniFinex calls itself “The best crypto trading platform” and claims to offer profitable investments when you trade and invest with them.
The way it works is that the client deposits cryptocurrency with them, trades, and then withdraws the profits, if there are any.
They offer three investment tiers:
- The Starter package requires a minimum investment of $100. In 24 hours, the client is promised a 15% profit.
- The Silver package reuires a $1,000 minimum deposit and in 3 days the client is promised a 45% profit.
- The Gold package required a $10,000 minimum deposit. After one week, the client will allegedly be able to withdraw 175% of their investment.
- Finally, there’a Platinum package which requires a minimum deposit of $20,000, for one month, with a 100% profit.
So on the Platinum package, for example, a client who deposits $25,000 will be able to basically double his investment and withdraw $50,000 after one month.
Obviously, they are promising a high yield, which should immediately raise a red flag as being a too good to be true.
There’s a service usage fee, according to the Terms documents, of 15% of the profit in the clients’ account required to process any withdrawal requests.
They go on claiming that they “make up to 99% daily wins,” and that they “also have a bitcoin mining team working with our platform.” They continue:
We generate a profit of 5BTC daily which equals about $47,686 in today’s market. Our company is SEC registered, fully licensed and Insured, your initial capital invest is 100% insured
Moreover, their trading methods include binary options, according to the title of the websites, which nowadays is known to be a scam.
So, Is Moni-Finex a SCAM?
It should be pretty easy to see if MonFinex is indeed SEC registered, although the profit claims is already to make them highly suspicious of being a scam.
At their Terms documents they state that:
As a private transaction, this program is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.

Moni-Finex Reviews
We find some scam MoniFinex reviews, and no positive reviews, regarding MoniFinex on Google (see for example TrustPilot), however there was a previous website, now defunct, at monifinex.com.
It seems highly likely that they are one and the same, and that moni-finex.com is the new version of monifinex.com.
MoniFinex Scam Review Conclusion
Moni-finex.com is offering something that is definitely too good to be true.
By the time we finished writing this review, we did get a response from them through the live chat.
We asked if they have any comment regarding the scam complaints, they said that is not true.
We then asked why they are using a fake telephone number and address, and again, they reply that is not true.
They then went ahead and terminated the chat session with us.
In their Terms document they ask
Don’t post bad vote on Public Forums and at Gold Rating Site without contacting the administrator of our program FIRST. Maybe there was a technical problem with your transaction, so please always CLEAR the thing with the administrator.
Can’t say we didn’t try to contact them before posting this review!
To summarize, while we have found many scam warnings against MoniFinex, it could be that they are all referring to MoniFinex.com, which is no longer in existence.
It might also be that the new Moni-Finex.com has nothing to do with the old MoniFinex scam.
However, do you really want to invest with a company that uses fake contact information, that promises unrealistic profits, and that has no verifiable owner information?
Our conclusion therefore is that it is highly likely that Moni-Finex is a SCAM! Stay away from them.
